How the filtering actually works
Three layers: platform Untouchables that nobody can switch off, your school's rules, and a parent's rules on top. All of them run on our servers against the signed-in account, so there is nothing on the device to remove.
Test the filter before you roll it out
Paste in the thing you are actually worried about and see the verdict: allowed or blocked, which category, and what the student would be told instead. Useful for showing school leadership rather than describing it.
Invite teachers and teachers, issue student accounts, and set the default role new members receive. Every account inherits the school policy from the moment it is created.
See what was asked and what was blocked
Staff can review filter decisions with a short excerpt of each request, so a conversation about AI starts from what happened rather than what you fear happened. Reviewers can record an override where the filter got it wrong.
How parent rules and school rules combine
A parent can add restrictions on top of the school's. Blocked topics from both are combined and the stricter moderation level wins, so a parent can never accidentally loosen what the school decided.
